What is the best way to find what I am the career best suited for – online career placement or services?
I'm looking very seriously in a career change, and all I want is to find a career where my talents are best utilized, and pay market value for these talents. Does anyone know of a career service that provides an assessment of your skills and talents, and whose careers that you would be better suited? I'm not looking for an outlet for HotJobs, or any other search engine for jobs here. This is a site good enough for those who already know What they seek. I have no idea where my talents would be best, so I looking for some expert advice.
